Seguin Fitness was established in 1991 and is one company with four divisions.

Health Club: Seguin Fitness owns and operates a 10,000 sq ft commercial health club in Seguin, Texas (30 miles east of San Antonio).  The club contains a full line of cardio equipment, strength training equipment and platforms for any power nut.

APF - American Powerlifting Federation Texas State Headquarters:  Seguin Fitness is a major supporter of the APF and is the largest powerlifting meet promoter in the state of Texas.   Seguin Fitness hosts and promotes 5 major events each year.  Seguin Fitness promoted the 2003 APF Texas State Championships.  Gary Pendergrass is the Texas State Chairman for the APF.

Powerlifting Gear: Seguin Fitness is an authorized INZER ADVANCED DESIGNS distributor and carries a full line of Inzer bench shirts, squat suits, lever belts, IRONWRAP knee and wrist wraps, and other powerlifting and gym supplies.  A Pro Shop is on site at the club and mail order sales are available.  Shipping is usually same day.

Equipment Sales:  Seguin Fitness manufactures and distributes the FLEXION brand of powerlifting and gym equipment.  The company supplies commercial health clubs, high schools, colleges, and home gyms.  The company specializes in heavy duty basic gym equipment such as competition bench presses, platforms, power racks and other heavy training devices.  Selectorized weight stack type machines are also available.  Custom designs are a speciality, including multi-station gym sets.
